Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new development, operations & maintenance, and end-of-life projects
• Oversee all team deliverables and conduct Agile team ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Team Leads for release planning and coordination

Required Qualifications

• Experience in initiating, planning, scheduling, and delivering IT projects
• Proficiency in Agile processes and ceremonies
• Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks, including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to build and define Product Backlogs
• Experience managing the evolution of User Stories and backlog items
