Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and retrospectives
Act as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring adherence to Agile processes
Identify and remove impediments to ensure team progress and performance

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a related field
Scrum Master certification preferred
Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban methodologies
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools
Public trust clearance required; US citizenship preferred
