Job Summary

A company is looking for a PM / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and manage project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles
Lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking for projects
Manage dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Project Management and Agile Delivery
Minimum 5+ years as a Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum knowledge
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Experience working in scaled Agile (SAFe/Enterprise Agile) environments preferred
Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or PMP
