Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives in Supply Chain Planning and ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
Ensure sprint goals are clear and protected from scope disruption while managing dependencies
Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics and improve delivery transparency for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
Proven ability to coach teams on Agile practices and improve delivery predictability
Experience with ERP integration and boundary systems
High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Discovery
Expert in creating and maintaining sprint plans, backlogs, and delivery reports
