Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives in Supply Chain Planning and ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
Ensure sprint goals are realistic and protected from scope disruption
Identify and remove delivery impediments while managing cross-team dependencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Proven ability to coach teams on Agile practices and improve delivery predictability
Significant experience with ERP integration and boundary systems
High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Discovery
