Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead high-performing application development teams in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and develop Scrum teams to maximize customer value
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe processes
Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and communicate status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
5-10 years of relevant IT experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Experience in retail/eCommerce and application development projects
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall practices; SAFe certification is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and ServiceNow
