Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead and coach Scrum teams in IT project management, particularly in retail and eCommerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and develop high-performing Scrum teams to deliver maximum value to customers
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project scope, schedule, and resources
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment while ensuring successful production releases

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5-10 years of relevant IT experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Experience in retail/eCommerce and application development teams
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall practices; SAFe certification is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and ServiceNow
