Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead high-performing application development teams in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and develop Scrum teams to maximize customer value
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project scope, schedule, and resources
Remove impediments and ensure successful production releases

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5-10 years of relevant IT experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Experience in retail/eCommerce and application development
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall practices; SAFe certification is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and ServiceNow
