Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead high-performing application development teams in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and develop Scrum teams to maximize customer value
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the adoption of Scaled Agile (SAFe) processes
Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and communicate status to clients and partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5-10 years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years in IT Project Management
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Retail/eCommerce experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall practices; SAFe certification is a plus
