Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates team collaboration and self-organization to deliver business value
• Plans and conducts standard meetings, including backlog preparation and sprint planning
• Removes impediments and escalates issues as necessary to ensure team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or related certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in information technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• SAFe Agile experience is recommended
