Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support a global Agile delivery team for their Identity Governance and Administration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework
• Act as a servant leader and coach to development teams, promoting agile principles and practices
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks that may impact delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience, particularly in the US healthcare sector
• 4+ years of experience working with product and automation teams
• 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with virtual, globally distributed teams
• Experience in a software development environment
