Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan release cycles and facilitate team discussions and decision-making
• Schedule and host Agile ceremonies while tracking KPIs and team metrics
• Encourage team collaboration and create a trusting environment for problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Experience in an agile software engineering environment for a minimum of two years
• Proven ability to conduct daily scrum meetings across global teams
• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Must comply with background checks, drug screenings, and vaccination policies as required
