Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Sprint ceremonies and coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and manage internal and external customer expectations
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Required Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum environment
• Professional PBM and/or Pharmacy industry work experience is preferred
• Agile or Scrum Master training is desirable
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and healthcare industry practices is a plus
