Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and innovation across Agile software development teams
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record managing large-scale software development and system integration initiatives
• Skilled in facilitating briefings with senior leadership
• Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methodologies is highly desired
