Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for an Agile team and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
• Perform technical and functional analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to create and prioritize product backlogs
• Track team performance and represent the team in cross-team delivery forums to enhance communication and reduce dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master for technology delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with Scrum Master and/or Technical Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles
• Experience working with technical teams on APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures
