Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for an Agile team and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
Perform technical and functional analysis of business requirements, ensuring clear and prioritized backlog items
Track team performance and collaborate with stakeholders to improve delivery flow and quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, particularly as a Scrum Master or Technical Analyst
Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles
Experience with technical teams, APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate requirements into actionable items
