Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for an Agile team and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
• Perform technical and functional analysis of business requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise direction
• Track and report team performance, velocity, and delivery health while mentoring team members on Agile principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, specifically as a Scrum Master or Technical Analyst
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles
• Experience working with technical teams, including APIs and integrations
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate requirements into executable backlog items
