Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams by leading Scrum ceremonies and ensuring backlog readiness
Manage blockers and dependencies while collaborating with Product Owners and Program Managers
Continuously improve development processes to enhance customer impact

Required Qualifications

5 years of professional experience relevant to the role
Experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise software product setting
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence
Knowledge of Lean toolkit techniques
Good conversational English
