Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their Data Platform support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and guide cross-functional teams in Agile and Scrum practices for effective delivery
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth project progress across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments, with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master
• Prior experience in project management, program management, or delivery management roles
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership
• Experience supporting technology or data-driven teams in complex, matrixed organizations
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through excellent facilitation and coaching skills
