Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Agile procedures, including planning, iterations, demos, and retrospectives
Coordinate multiple development teams to ensure operational efficiency and autonomy
Define and utilize key metrics to analyze and improve team performance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Leader, or similar role
Proficiency with Agile tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience conducting team assessments and evaluating effectiveness
Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
