Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to manage development sprints in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Manage engineering development projects and facilitate sprint releases
Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to maintain team productivity

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 4 years leading sprints
Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
Strong understanding of Jira, including global administration
Deep understanding of agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning
