Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Adobe Experience Platform development team using agile practices
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify goals and translate business needs into actionable work items
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing technologies and processes
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies with experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain team alignment
