Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Requirements Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize the product backlog
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems or IT Management
• 8-10 years of experience in Agile project management and business analysis
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles
• Strong analytical skills for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to refine requirements
