Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for ensuring disciplined Scrum execution and driving continuous improvement for Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are defined and achievable
• Own sprint delivery health, track metrics, and intervene proactively when needed
• Coach teams on Agile principles and maintain transparency in delivery metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment
• Strong command of Agile frameworks and delivery metrics
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Data-driven with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
