Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams delivering AI-enabled solutions for the U.S. Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement
• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles to optimize performance and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet the Army's unique needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of software development and AI technologies
• Prior military experience, particularly in command and control (C2) or logistics, is highly preferred
• Experience supporting defense or military programs
• Ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders and understand operational contexts
• Familiarity with Agile practices and the ability to apply them in mission-specific environments
