Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams delivering AI-enabled solutions for the U.S. Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear, actionable user stories
• Act as a servant-leader, removing impediments and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation as a Scrum Master with experience in Agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of software development and AI technologies
• Prior military experience or experience supporting defense or military programs is preferred
• Ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders and understand operational contexts
• Experience in leading and coordinating Program Increment Planning
