Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master responsible for enabling high-performing agile teams delivering government-facing software products.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
Partner with Product Owners and Client Support for release management and backlog refinement
Identify and remove impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
Experience supporting software development teams
Experience with Azure DevOps boards and backlog management
Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams
