Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to coach and guide agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team level PI planning activities
• Ensure healthy backlogs, clear priorities, and well-understood work while removing impediments
• Advocate for continuous improvement and coach team members on Agile principles and practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
• Scrum Master Certification
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams
• Working knowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus
• Experience with Agile project management tools and software development methodologies
