Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to coach and guide agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team-level PI planning activities
Support and coach teams in cultivating a refined backlog and clear acceptance criteria
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
Scrum Master Certification
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams
Working knowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus
Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies
