Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and support agile values and principles throughout the organization
• Facilitate agile events and coach processes such as work decomposition and backlog management
• Assist the team in defining and meeting their goals by removing impediments to progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
• Ability to facilitate team discussions and retrospectives
• Experience in coaching teams towards self-organization and cross-functionality
• Familiarity with product management and backlog management processes
