Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful delivery of business value within an agile framework
• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate cross-functional teams while coordinating Agile ceremonies
• Act as a change agent to drive the acceptance and adoption of Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a Scrum Master with a minimum of 5+ years in Agile methodology
• Desired certifications include Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, and SAFe PO/PM
• Working knowledge in Product Management, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
• Demonstrable mastery in Teaching, Mentoring, Transformation, and Facilitation competencies
