Job Summary

Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating Agile practices and team development in a full-time remote position, ensuring effective communication and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile processes, including work decomposition and backlog management
• Support the Product Owner in maximizing business value and optimizing team performance
• Remove impediments to team progress and promote self-organization and Agile values

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, specifically as a Scrum Master or equivalent
• Knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts within the team
• Experience in promoting innovative thinking and self-development
• Practices servant leadership and fosters a safe team environment
