Job Summary

To support a growing team, the hybrid Scrum Master will manage and enhance eCommerce fulfillment processes, focusing on integrating Order Management Systems while providing Scrum management and technical assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize complex systems related to eCommerce fulfillment
• Manage and document capabilities of AZ OMS, Orderful, and Kibo to ensure seamless integration
• Deliver assessments and perform gap analysis to support the development of the Drop Ship module

Required qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce fulfillment and related domains
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), Orderful, and Kibo with Kibo DropShip
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Technical and functional analysis skills
• Ability to construct end-to-end scenarios and collaborate with cross-functional teams
