Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Scrum Master will optimize the flow of user stories, coordinate Agile ceremonies, and manage dependencies to ensure effective team delivery and adherence to Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the flow of user stories and maximize value delivery across Scrum teams
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Manage dependencies and provide clear visibility into team delivery plans and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in any field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Scrum, Agile, or IT Project Management
• Experience with Agile methodologies or project management
