Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery practices for a large federal government project, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate collaboration, manage backlog and sprint activities, and drive continuous process improvement while working remotely within the continental US.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and manage risks while coordinating resolution efforts across teams
• Support backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and delivery tracking to ensure project success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile software development teams
• Strong experience with SAFe methodologies and Agile delivery practices
• Proven experience supporting large-scale software development and integration initiatives
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance
