Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal government project, the full-time Scrum Master will lead Agile practices across multiple delivery teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Remove blockers impacting team productivity and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Build collaborative relationships to promote transparency and accountability across Agile teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead supporting technical delivery teams
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and GitHub
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or comparable Agile certification is preferred
