Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Scrum Master, the role will manage technical teams to automate business processes and workflows while ensuring compliance with federal requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team progress and ensure deliverables meet federal requirements
• Identify and resolve workflow and data access issues
• Provide status updates to leadership and maintain documentation for automation tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, task management, or agile delivery
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Task Manager for technical teams
• Proven experience in process mapping and transforming manual tasks into automated workflows
• Solid background in managing sprint cycles and backlogs in fast-paced environments
