Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Scrum Master will manage multiple scrum teams, prepare project schedules, and facilitate the systems development lifecycle while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to scrum processes
• Prepare integrated roadmaps and project schedules for upcoming priorities, while assisting with requirements and prioritization activities
• Evaluate workflow and technology challenges, guiding the team in developing corrective actions and maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Extensive experience working within Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Basic understanding of public cloud environments
• Proficiency in creating status reports and using JIRA for task management
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a 7-year background check for government clearance
