Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support innovative customer-centric solutions, the full-time Scrum Master will manage one or more scrum teams, oversee project schedules, and ensure adherence to agile methodologies while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring effective collaboration among team members
• Prepare integrated roadmaps and project schedules, while assisting with requirements elicitation and prioritization activities
• Evaluate workflows and technology issues, providing corrective actions and ensuring the quality of deliverables meets the "Definition of Done.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Extensive experience working within Agile Frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Basic understanding of public cloud environments
• Proficiency in creating status reports, including sprint dashboards and burndown charts
• Ability to manage multiple teams and provide timely updates using JIRA
