Job Summary

Supporting the AI Forge team, the full-time Scrum Master/Product Delivery Coordinator will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track delivery progress for AI-enabled products serving Federal Government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives
• Coordinate activities across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams for AI Forge initiatives
• Track sprint progress, project milestones, and impediments to ensure successful delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology modernization projects
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery teams
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
