Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support multiple Agile teams, the full-time remote Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, and promote Agile best practices, with quarterly travel to Spartanburg, SC required.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to maintain and prioritize product backlogs
• Identify risks and remove obstacles to help teams deliver high-quality solutions on time

Required qualifications

• Scrum Master certification required
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Experience facilitating Agile Scrum processes across multiple teams
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
