Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support multiple Agile teams, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum processes, champion Agile best practices, and collaborate with Product Owners and developers in a remote environment, with quarterly travel to Spartanburg, SC.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners and development teams to maintain and prioritize product backlogs
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement and successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• Scrum Master certification required
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Experience facilitating Agile Scrum processes across multiple teams
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
