Job Summary

Remote and contract-based, the Engineering Leader & Scrum Master will lead teams in developing AI features, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure the Success Portal AI Assistant operates efficiently through data maintenance and development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance portal capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an engineering context
• Strong background in AI technology development and implementation
• Experience with data collection and maintenance processes (EL/ELT)
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot data jobs effectively
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices
