Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, the contract Scrum Master will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and manage impediments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery, ensuring alignment to program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across teams
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and remove impediments affecting delivery

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience in Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes
