Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Scrum Master will lead Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach teams on Agile principles to enhance delivery effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for product, development, QA, and operations teams, ensuring alignment with program priorities and sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies to improve collaboration and predictability
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment of sprint execution with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum four years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive team outcomes
