Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Scrum Master to join the IT team, who will manage Scrum ceremonies, guide teams towards delivery objectives, and facilitate communication across Agile Release Trains while working remotely or onsite in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage various Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Guide teams in achieving delivery objectives and conduct regular health checks
• Identify and address risks and impediments, promoting continuous improvement within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
• 2-5 years of experience leading multiple Scrum teams
• Demonstrated understanding of process flow and experience with root cause analysis
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps preferred
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or collaboratively
