Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Scrum Master to join the IT team, who will manage Scrum ceremonies, guide teams towards delivery objectives, and facilitate continuous improvement while working remotely or onsite in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage various Scrum ceremonies, including standups, planning, and retrospectives
• Guide teams to achieve delivery objectives and conduct regular health checks
• Identify and address risks and impediments, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field
• 2-5 years of experience leading multiple Scrum teams
• Demonstrated understanding of process flow and experience with root cause analysis
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred
