Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master, this full-time remote position will manage day-to-day leadership for a Scrum team developing Java-based microservices, overseeing multiple complex initiatives while fostering collaboration among technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Manage multiple complex projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Drive successful delivery of features while monitoring sprint progress and team velocity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience)
• 4-7 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or related Agile delivery roles
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile-at-Scale frameworks (SAFe preferred)
• Experience leading software development teams delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Agile management tools like Rational Team Concert (RTC)
