Scrum Master

Job Summary

Experienced Scrum Masters will find a remote opportunity to provide leadership and direction for a Scrum team within the Frameworks & Services Organization, overseeing multiple complex initiatives and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle and partner with technical teams for operational readiness
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive project execution
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful outcomes delivered on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience)
• 4-7 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or related Agile delivery roles
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile-at-Scale frameworks (SAFe preferred)
• Experience leading software development teams delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Agile management tools like Rational Team Concert (RTC)
