Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support the implementation of a cloud-based SaaS licensing and compliance platform, the full-time remote Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes, manage project activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the execution of project activities using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain prioritized product backlogs and track sprint metrics
• Promote Agile principles and ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria prior to sprint execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or Computer Science
• Four years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale IT projects within the last eight years
• Two years of experience maintaining sprint velocity and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Two years of experience partnering with Product Owners to manage backlogs and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to provide client/user end references for applicable projects upon request
